Activity:

Step 1: Look up these 3 Scriptures to determine the 3 types of evidences of God in our world.  Acts 2:22; 2 Corinthians 12:12; Hebrews 2:4

Step 2: Use Strong's Greek Lexicon: http://www.eliyah.com/lexicon.html  to determine the 3 distinct words used in these passages for "signs" (4592), "wonders" (5059), "miracles"(1411). Write these three Greek words down. Are these the same words? Are these words interchangeable?

Reflect: (do NOT answer) If miracles are different than signs and wonders...how are they different?

Step 3: Read the following Scriptures:

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for ⁱt is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

Ephesians 3:20 Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us,
 

Colossians 1:29 For this purpose also I labor, striving according to His power, which mightily works within me.

2 Timothy 3:5  ⁵holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these.

Step 4: Look up the word "power" in Strong's Greek Lexicon (1411). What is that word?
